Mothers' Day 2011 Orange Uganda celebrated the 2011 Mothers' Day with Mulago National Hospital by donating five units of Foetal Doppler Sonicaide and 60 Doppler batteries. Orange believes that through supporting Mulago Hospital, they in turn support mothers who bring to life healthy and valuable citizens of Uganda |
Doppler Batteries Handover Harriette Kasirye (L), the CSR Manager Orange Uganda hands over batteries for Foetal Doppler Sonicaide one (machines used for listening to the heart beat of the baby while in the womb) to Dr. Birabwa Male Doreen (R), Deputy Executive Director Mulago National referral Hospital last Monday. The Doppler machines were donated to the hospital as part of this year's mothers' day celebrations in May. The batteries delivered is part of a commitment made by Orange to ensure that the Doppler machines are in good working conditions. |

Blood Donation through the years Orange staff have continously donated blood to support the National blood Bank in order to save lives through blood donation exercises thus spreading the Orange love and the message of "Donate Blood, Save Life". |
