email SMS terms and conditions

Orange email SMS is a service that delivers email to your phone as an SMS. To reply the email, simply reply the SMS.

Your email address and password are required for access to your email account, in order to deliver a received email as an SMS, to your mobile phone:

• By subscribing and activating your email address to the Orange email SMS service, you accept to share your email address and password with the Orange email SMS service


• You give access to Orange email SMS service to check your email account from time to time for new email.


• Orange email SMS only works with email accounts that have POP/IMAP enabled. Please enable POP/IMAP in your email account settings before you subscribe for this service.


• Orange email SMS might not work for corporate/company email services as most companies/corporate organisations do not activate POP/IMAP for email.


• Each SMS reply to an Orange email SMS will be charged the SMS rate for Orange to Orange SMS
