Orange shall provide the Customer with the service that enables him to inform his friends, family and associates of his new phone number. Orange shall make all reasonable efforts to inform the Customer's contacts of his new number within two working days from the subscription to this service.
The Customer agrees without any reservation to Orange sending the message to all the contacts that he has selected to receive his new number.
Orange does not guarantee that all messages sent to the Customer's contacts will be received by the Customer's contacts during transmission of the message due to circumstances beyond Orange's reasonable control including but not limited to the Customer's contact's phone being switched off or out of network range for days.
Orange accepts no liability and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the Customer's use of the service including special, incidental or consequential loss or damage from use of the service howsoever arising, including any loss, damage or expense arising from, but not limited to, any error, fault, mistake or inaccuracy in the provision of this service.
The customer hereby agrees to indemnify and to keep Orange fully and effectively indemnified against any action, liability, cost, claim, loss damage, proceeding or expense including legal fees, costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis suffered or incurred by Orange arising from or which are directly related to the provision of this service by Orange to the customer.
